We guarantee all of our work. If there is anything that does not meet your expectations please let us know the same day so that we can send someone out the next day to ensure your home is left sparkling.
We are cashless and only accept credit cards. The credit card info must be completed online in order for our system to register your order and confirm the appointment. First-time clients are required to hold an appointment with a credit card. We will charge 50% upfront on the day of the booking as a non-refundable deposit. Once the service is completed, the balance will be charged and the customer understands and agrees that they have an obligation to ensure payment for services rendered. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of service will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made the day of the cleaning will be charged at full price.
By giving us your Credit Card number for use, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and you are authorizing us to charge your card for scheduled services and or fines as listed in the Terms and Conditions and Rate Confirmation document.
All customers are directed to log into their accounts via our website www.calleasybreezy.com and use it to contact the staff, leave feedback and enter any tips if they choose.
Clients may not hire the cleaning techs directly. Easy Breezy Cleaning Co. LLC’s cleaners and staff are under a non-compete clause. They may not work directly for the client for one-year post-termination from the company. A finder’s fee of $2500 per cleaner will be charged to the client per event if these rules are bypassed.
We bring non-toxic and bio degradable cleaning products. You may choose to provide the bleach products (Tilex, Soft Scrub, Oven Cleaner) and furniture polish. Our products work great. Some homes might need extra help. We bring the elbow grease. You provide separate toilet bowl brushes for each floor. Without this, the toilet bowls will not be cleaned.
Pets must be secured before we arrive. The techs are unable to take pets inside and let them out. We do not clean pet waste.
We reserve the right to change the pricing or discounts and or correct errors on our online pricing and promotions if we see that your home’s circumstances are not typical, or if the incorrect booking options have been selected.
Flash Sales, Introductory Sales, Holiday and Seasonal packages are priced with “Up to” for a block of hours. Should the job take less than the stipulated time, no refunds shall be issued. A list of priority tasks may be issued to the cleaner upon arrival.
When you sign up for service we will give you the price of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly service. If you have weekly service and you skip a week then we will add a little bit of extra time to your following appointment and you will be charged the biweekly rate. One week advance notice will be considered on a case by case basis.
Keys and locks
We are a keyless company and we do not store or carry your keys. You may install a lock box (suggestion: Master Lock) on the wall with working keys in it. Or, hang it on the doorknob or fence. All lockboxes installed in the backyard should be accessible to the cleaners via an unlocked gate a garage or lock code is also acceptable. Let us know if you would like us to send you a lockbox and charge your CC for the cost of the box.
Customers are required to let us gain entry into the house on the scheduled day If we arrive and are not able to gain access into your house for whatever reason, full cleaning price will be charged.
For hourly service, the number of hours needed to complete a job is an estimate only. The actual number of hours needed can be determined once the service begins. You may choose to have us discontinue service at the predetermined estimated hours or you may contact us to continue service at an added per hour cost.
Changing the bedding on one bed is included in every service. Please leave fresh sheets on your bed so that the cleaner knows to change them.
If we have to use your vacuum, we will not assume or accept any liability for damage to the unit; since we are not responsible for the maintenance of the vacuum, we will not be responsible for any repairs to it.
This is important because if the vacuum is not working order when we arrive to clean your home, we will not be able to perform any vacuuming of carpet and hard floor surfaces.
Tips are accepted but not required.
We closely monitor phone calls, text messages, and emails between 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Non-urgent issues will be promptly handled during regular business hours.
Dishes fall out of our scope of services.
• What is not included in Easy Breezy basic home cleaning? Windows, walls, blinds, chandeliers, litter boxes, ﬁreplaces, laundry, dishes, organizing, the inside of the oven, the inside of the refrigerator or the inside of cabinets or drawers. We’re really happy to complete extras listed on our website, just let us know beforehand so we can properly adjust the time and price of your visit.
• Is there anything that we won’t clean? Because it requires specialized equipment, licensing, training, worker’s compensation categories or all of the above we do not provide window cleaning, carpet cleaning, mold removal, or cleaning up any bio-hazards including body fluids or animal waste and the top tier of a bunk bed. We also do not clean anything that cannot be reached with our step stool and a 6-foot extension duster.
We store your information securely and do not share it with a third party. Any pictures taken are used for training and guiding purposes only and will not be shared publicly.
